2 dl vorosbor
5 dkg mandulaforgacs
porcukor
tejszinhab

Az epret megtisztitva uvegtalba tesszuk. A cukorral megszorjuk, a borral meglocsoljuk es hutob helyezzuk. Tejszinhabbal es piritott mandulaforgaccsal talaljuk.
