I have been inspired by the fickle tastes of my children ( vegetarian, pescatarian or whichever way the wind may blow) and my desire to become healthier without compromising taste. KLASSZIKUS FRANCIA SALATA ONTET

1/4 cup (50ml) feher borecet
1 fokhagymacikk aprora vagva
1 tbsp (15ml) Dijon mustar
1 tsp (5ml) szaritott tarkany vagy 1/2 tsp (2ml) szaritott csombort
1/2 tsp (2ml) so
1/4 tsp (1ml) kristaly cukor
1 cup (250ml) oliva olaj (extra-virgin)

Egy edenybe osszekavarjuk az ecetet, fokhagymat, Dijon, tarkonyt, sot es cukrot. Lassan belekavarjuk az olajat, mig egyenloen ossze van kavarva. Mixerben is kavarhatjuk. Ha szukseg meg adunk hozza cukrot. Egy jol zarodo uvegbe toltjuk. Harom napig jol megall a hutoben. Hasznalat elott habverovel jol osszekavarjuk, vagy jol folrazzuk.
