2 tomatoes
1 avocado
lemon juice
2 tsp chopped onion
4 dashes of Tabasco sauce
salt/pepper
chopped chili pepper
shredded cheese
tortilla
Brush tortilla with oil on both sides. Heat a skillet and cook
tortilla until lightly browned.Sprinkle with cheese and avocado
mixture. Cook until cheese melts. Serve with Salsa.
