These recipes offer a delicious mix of new and old world flavors. From the kitchens of my mother and grandmother in Transylvania to the new fusion mixes from my home kitchen in Canada. I have been inspired by the fickle tastes of my children ( vegetarian, pescatarian or whichever way the wind may blow) and my desire to become healthier without compromising taste. VEGETARIAN STIR FRY

Hajnalka receptje

1 kg fagyasztott stirfrynak valo zoldseg
1 tsp olajat egy nagy sutoben megforrositunk kozepes - nagy tuzon. Hozzaadjuk a fagyasztott zoldseget, 1 tbsp vizet es a stirfrynak valo laskat. Lefedjuk es fozzuk 7 percig, kozben csak egyszer kavarjuk meg.
Hozzaadunk 4 tbsp soya szoszt. Lefedjuk es fozzuk tovabb 3 - 4 percig. Gyakran megkavarjuk. Rogton felszolgaljuk.
Adhatunk hozza disztelt gombat es pergelt szezam (sesami) magokkal megszorjuk
Adhatunk hozza fott marhahust, chirkehust vagy shrimpet.
Zoldhagymaval es foldimogyoroval szolgaljuk fel.
