I have been inspired by the fickle tastes of my children ( vegetarian, pescatarian or whichever way the wind may blow) and my desire to become healthier without compromising taste. CHIFTELUTE TOCATE

Buzaui mama, Molnar Maria szuletett Gatej, receptje

Carne tocata 1 kg, 2 cepe tocate, putin piper 2 oua, frunza de patrunjel tocat marunt, 1 capatina de usturoi pisat, o bucatica de miez de piine inmuiata in apa. Toate amestecate. Intro tigaie ulei fierbinte; chiftelutele date prin faina si facute forma care vreti. Cind sau copt scoateti si puneti altele. Miezul de piine inmuiat in apa trebuie bine storsde apa.
