TARKONYECET

Nagyon szeretjuk a tarkonyecetet. Krumpli leves, paszuly leves, barany husbol, diszno husbol keszult etelekbe hasznalom.  Minden evben keszitek tarkonyecetet hazi hasznalatra.  

Igy készíthetünk tárkonyecetet: egy marék friss tárkonyfűre annyi ecet öntünk, hogy ellepje. 5 nap múlva leszűrjük és finom illatos ecet kapunk, mely bármilyen étel ízesítésére alkalmas.
