I have been inspired by the fickle tastes of my children ( vegetarian, pescatarian or whichever way the wind may blow) and my desire to become healthier without compromising taste. TOJASLIKOR

5 tojassarga
25 dkg porcukor
½ l tej
½ rud vanilia
2 dl tiszta szesz
A tojasok sargajat jol kikeverjuk a porcukorral. Raontjuk a vaniliaval folforralt, lehutott tejet. Elkeverjuk a szesszel es tiszta uvegbe ontjuk teaszuron at. Hagyjuk allni 4-6 hetig.
