BANANA PANCAKE


Banana pancakes requires just 2 ingredients: bananas and eggs. In a blender, combine two large eggs and one ripe banana. (For fluffier pancakes, add ⅛ teaspoon of baking powder). Cook as you do with traditional flapjacks! Because bananas are a particularly starchy fruit, they easily substitute flour in this breakfast staple.
