TURMERIC TEA

Ingredients for Turmeric Tea

  • 2 teaspoons of fresh turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon of fresh ginger
  • ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
  • ⅓ cup of coconut milk
Directions: Turmeric Tea for One

  1. Fill your mug halfway with boiling water.Add the turmeric and ginger and stir.
  2. Cover and steep for 15 minutes.
  3. Stir in the cinnamon, black pepper, and raw honey.
  4. Fill the rest of your mug with coconut milk and stir.
