ROZSA SZORP

Nagyon finom. Piros folyo rozsa szirom kell hozza. Otthon a hazelotti rozsaszirombol csinaltunk. Az ottoman uralom maradvanya ez a recept.
4 marek rozsaszirmot 1 kg cukorral , 5 felbevagott citrommal es 5 liter vizzel 8 napig allni hagyjuk. Utanna uvegekbe leszurjuk es ledugaszoljuk.
