I have been inspired by the fickle tastes of my children ( vegetarian, pescatarian or whichever way the wind may blow) and my desire to become healthier without compromising taste. CHICKEN WITH ROSEMARY- GARLIC

Saute 1 crushed garlic clove in 2 tbsp olive oil 2 min. Add chicken. Sprinkle with 1/2 tsp crushed dried rosemary. Saute 4 min per side. Cover and cook 4 to 6 min.
