CHICKEN WITH TARRAGON- MUSTARD

Sote chicken in 1 tbsp butter, 4 min per side. Meanwhile stir 2 tbsp grainy mustard with 1/2 tsp liquid honey and 1/4 tsp dried tarragon. Top each breast with a rounded tsp of mustard mixture. Cover and cook 4 to 6 more min.
