CONOPIDA CU CASCAVAL

My husband loves cauliflower. This is an easy recipe.
  • o jumătate kilogram conopidă,
  • 250 g caşcaval,
  • 200 g smântână,
  • sare după gust

Conopida se rupe bucheţele şi se pune la fiert pentru circa 25 de minute.

Când este fiartă, se scoate, se scurge de apă şi se pune într-un vas de Jena. Se potriveşte de sare, iar deasupra se rade caşcavalul.

Se toarnă smântâna şi se dă la cuptor timp de cinci-zece minute, până se rumeneşte. Se serveşte fierbinte.
