GRILLED SALMON SALAD

Ingredients 


ounces mixed lettuce (eg, frisee lettuce, oak leaf, radicchio)
ounces cherry tomatoes
radish
salmon (fillets; each about 150 grams, with skin)
salt
pepper
tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 ½ teaspoon grained mustard
1 ½ teaspoon honey
tablespoons olive oil
