In a bowl mix: 1 bag (1 head) of broccoli (can add cauliflower too if you have)
bacon bits
red onion, chopped
hard, boiled egg (not necessary)
Dressing: 1 cup mayonaise
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
