I have been inspired by the fickle tastes of my children ( vegetarian, pescatarian or whichever way the wind may blow) and my desire to become healthier without compromising taste. CIORBA DE PERISOARE

Buzaui mama, Molnar Maria szuletett Gatej, receptje; nagyon finom; mindig ezzel vart;

Se pune 5 kg apa 1/2 kg morcov 2 buc ceapa 1 buc telina sau radacina de patrunjel sau pesternac, daca aveti oase. Se pune 1 lingura vegheta , verdeata de leustean sau patrunjel.
1/2 kg carne tocata sau mai multa daca vreti mai multe perisoare. Se pune la fiert apa, zarzavaturile toate tocate marunt.Dupa ce sau fiert se framinta carnea tocata, amestecata cu 2oua si se da prin faina sa nu se lipeasca de mina. Se toarna in zeama cind este aproape gata, se pune verdeata si vegheta. Se acreste cu bors sau lamie. Nu se fierbe mult perisoarele ca se farima.
